Council and Committee Meetings - Agendas & Minutes

Regular Council Meetings of Council are generally held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, with a recess in August. Committee of the Whole Committee meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month, with a recess in August.

Rules governing the conduct of the Council meetings are outlined in the Council Procedure Bylaw and Robert's Rules of Order. The public may view the live-streamed proceedings of Council via the Town of Lake Cowichan's YouTube page.

If you wish to appear as a delegation before Council or a Committee at its next meeting, fill out this form and fax it in to 749-0281, email it to the address indicated or drop it off at the office. The form must be received seven (7) days prior to the scheduled meeting date, no later than 4:00pm.
